An introduction to the ancient art of belly dance to ease all phases of the birth journey. This series of videos includes how and why belly dance assists the birth journey (from conception, pregnancy, labor and post-natal recovery) ~ as well as 6 instructional videos on stretching, the essential posture, and slow, detailed descriptions of the basic movements appropriate for the birth journey. A pregnant mama also demonstrates the movements with a 3rd trimester belly.

Intended for those with a familiarity of the basic movements (taught in detail in the Birth Dancing Workshop above), this option includes 2 full practice classes (stretching and dancing) approximately 75 minutes each. Also included, is a 20 minute practice for labor ~ vocalizing, moving through contractions, and specific movements beneficial for labor.
