Live Streaming Option:

Sliding Scale: $90-120 for series (includes weekly recording of class to practice, available until week after series ends)

Recordings Only Option:
If you cannot attend the live classes, you can purchase the 6 class recordings for $36 total (each recording will be available until 1 week after series ends)

Class Description: Belly dance was originally created by women to help prepare them for pregnancy and birth.  This series teaches the ancient technique to ease all phases of the birth journey (conception, pregnancy, labor and recovery). We begin with pre-natal friendly stretches, then move onto core isolations, fluid movements, accents and shimmies. Learn the fundamental movements appropriate for pregnancy, labor and post-partum recovery, and which moves to use when!  Learn to become more deeply attuned to your body and baby!  Private Birth Preparation Sessions can also be scheduled (more info here).
