For students who have previously completed several series

Live Streaming Option:
6-week series starts March 10th
Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30pm ET on Zoom
Cost on Sliding Scale: $90-120
Cost includes weekly recording of class to practice throughout the week
Recordings Only Option:
If you cannot attend the live classes, you can purchase the 6 class recordings for $36 total (each recording will be available until the end of the series)

Class Description: The ancient art of belly dance as a self-healing technique for body, mind and soul.  This class is only for students who have completed several series with Michelle.  The basic movements will be covered at a quicker pace with more layers and more complex movements added in.  Most classes will include a time of moving meditation for personal prayer and Internal Alchemy in rhythm with the seasons of the earth.
