Sacred & Healing Belly Dance
Three options for advanced students

These options are only for students who have completed several series with Michelle.  The basic movements will be covered at a quicker pace with more layers and more complex movements added in.

Option #1: Live Streaming Advanced Group Classes
The ancient art of belly dance as a self-healing technique for body, mind and soul.  Classes begin with a group check-in, then yoga and a complete practice of belly dance fundamentals. Most classes will include a time of moving meditation for personal prayer and Internal Alchemy in rhythm with the seasons of the earth.

Next Series:
6-week series starts Sept 1st
Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30pm ET on Zoom

Total Cost: Sliding Scale: $90-120 for series
Cost includes weekly recording of class to practice throughout the week

Option #2: Recordings Only of Group Advanced Classes
If you cannot attend the live group classes, you can view the 6 class recordings for $36 total (recordings will be available until 1 week after series ends)

Option #3: Add-on Private Sessions
When you register for any Advanced options, you can add-on private sessions at a discount. Private Healing Dance sessions are 90 minutes long and address specific, personal issues that are arising for you.  Michelle assists each client in practicing the art of Internal Alchemy to create personal transformation through a meditative or prayerful dance.  More info at this link.
