Live Streaming Option:
6 Week Series starts March 19th

Thursdays 10:00 – 11:30 ET
Sliding Scale: $90-120 for series
Cost includes weekly recording of class to practice throughout the week
Recordings Only Option:
If you cannot attend the live classes, you can purchase the 6 class recordings for $36 total (recordings will be available for 1 week after series ends)

Class Description: A series for students who have developed a basic grasp on belly dance as a sacred and healing practice. This series will allow students to deepen into the fundamental moves as well as learn new, more challenging movements.  We will focus on using belly dance as a form of Internal Alchemy, using the Life Force generated in belly dance to cleanse and transform our physical, mental and energetic bodies.  Classes begin with yoga and move into a complete practice of belly dance ~ including isolations, fluid movements, shimmies and moving meditations to connect with the Life Force energy and direct its flow.
